Here is an overview of the booking procedure:
1. Exhibition areas
The VELOBerlin at Tempelhof Airport has different exhibition areas - Hangar 4 as an indoor area, including the VELOSspecial areas, the covered apron, and the uncovered open air area.
Category A, INDOOR Hangar 5: 110€/sqm
INDOOR Hangar 5, tents, beach flags or similar are not permitted. Trucks after individual inspection, please technical. Observe guidelines, stand height max. 4m. Minimum size 9sqm.
Category B, VELOSspecial: 125€/sqm (can only be booked on request)
INDOOR/OUTDOOR combination of exhibition stand (inside) and test box (outside).
Attention: Limited stand space! Tents, beach flags or similar are not permitted indoors, trucks after individual inspection, please observe technical guidelines, max. stand height 4m. Tents, beach flags, etc. are permitted in the OUTDOOR area; tents must be verifiably B1 tested and have sufficient ballast. Minimum size: 70sqm.
Category C, covered apron: 95 €/sqm
OUTDOOR under the canopy. Trucks, tents, beach flags etc. are allowed, please contact us technically. Observe guidelines, stand height max. 4m. Tents must be verifiably B1 tested and adequately ballasted. Minimum size 6sqm.
Category D, free apron: 85 €/sqm
OUTDOOR in the uncovered festival area, tents, beach flags, trucks are allowed, please tech. Observe guidelines, stand height max. 4m. Tents must be verifiably B1 tested and adequately ballasted. Minimum size 6sqm.
Kategorie E, Startups & Handmade: 50 €/qm
Der Soli-Preis für junge Unternehmen, 1-Mensch-Betriebe und Handgemachtes. Kriterien können bei uns erfragt werden. Maximalgröße für Spezialpreis 12qm, darüber hinaus gilt der Preis der jeweiligen Flächenkategorie.
Category F, clubs, groups, charities: on request
Are you committed to a good cause and want to present it at VELOBerlin? We look forward to seeing you. Criteria and organizational details can be requested from us.
2. Select your desired area.
When you register (book the space at the top), please let us know where you would prefer to be placed and how many sides of your stand should be open (row stand: 1 side open, corner stand: 2 sides open, head stand: 3 sides open (from one certain size), block stand: 4 sides open (from a certain size). We do our best to fulfill your wishes.
In document VB24 – Floorplan you will find an overview of the exhibition areas and thematic areas. Feel free to choose a favorite exhibition area and specify this when booking the space.

4. Exhibitor passes:
You will receive the following number (see table below) of exhibitor passes free of charge.
Exhibitor passes ordered in addition will cost EUR 10.00 plus VAT. billed per ID.

You can book additional bookings such as power connections, parking spaces, WiFi, exhibition tents, etc. from February 2025. You will be informed about this by email in good time.
